Identify and test
Crews identify the stain type and test the carpet before choosing a treatment.

Spot and stain removal
Coffee by the break room, ink under desks, toner by the copier and soda in the lobby, each treated with the right chemistry before it sets.
A coffee spill, a toner smear and a grease track look alike from across the room, and each needs a very different treatment. Tannin stains, protein spots, oily soils and dyes respond to their own chemistry, and the wrong product sets a stain permanently or leaves a ring that draws dirt back. Our crews identify the stain, test the carpet and work from the gentlest effective treatment upward, blotting and rinsing so nothing is left behind in the fiber.
Stains in commercial buildings cluster in predictable places: break rooms, coffee stations, reception desks, conference tables, copier alcoves and building entrances. We pay close attention to those zones on every visit and treat new spots between scheduled cleanings when you call. Fast attention is the biggest factor in a clean result, because fresh spills come out far more completely than stains that have had weeks to oxidize.
Spot work fits into any program. It runs as a standalone visit before a board meeting or an open house, as part of a deep clean, or as a recurring pass in high-risk areas. Protector applied after cleaning makes the next spill easier to handle. Supervisors note recurring trouble spots during quality inspections, which shows you where mats, protector or extra visits belong.
Step by step
01
Crews identify the stain type and test the carpet before choosing a treatment.
02
The right spotter goes on and is worked in carefully so the stain releases without spreading.
03
Residue is rinsed and blotted out so the spot stays gone and does not attract soil.
A few useful answers
That is called wicking. When a spill soaks into the backing, moisture from cleaning draws the leftover stain back up as the carpet dries. We rinse thoroughly, extract deeply and dry quickly on those spots, and we retreat any that return.
Blot, never rub, with a clean white cloth, working from the outside of the spill inward. Skip household spotters, which often leave residue or set the stain. Then call us to treat it properly, ideally before it has dried.
Dyes from soda and markers, rust, and stains left long enough to oxidize take the most work. Many still improve dramatically with the right treatment. The sooner we see a stain, the better the result.
In most commercial buildings, yes. Break rooms, coffee stations and entrances produce new spots every week. Building spot treatment into each scheduled visit catches stains while they are fresh and easiest to remove.
