Bonnet carpet cleaning
A rotary machine and an absorbent pad lift soil from the top of the pile, refreshing lobbies, corridors and foyers quickly and with very little moisture.
Most visible soiling sits in the top third of the carpet fiber. Bonnet cleaning goes straight at it. A low-moisture cleaning solution is misted onto the carpet, then a rotary machine spins an absorbent pad across the surface. The pad picks up soil as it turns, and crews flip and swap pads as they load up. The result is a brighter surface and a carpet that dries fast, which is exactly what a lobby or corridor needs between restoring cleans.
Bonnet work is interim maintenance, and its strength is frequency. Because each visit is quick and causes little disruption, it fits weekly or monthly schedules for the areas that take the most traffic and the most attention: hotel lobbies, building entrances, elevator landings, church foyers and reception areas. Regular passes keep those spaces looking their best and slow the buildup that eventually calls for extraction.
We match the bonnet pad and solution to the carpet and use the method on low, dense commercial pile and loop carpet, where it performs best. Plush or delicate carpet gets a gentler method. Bonnet visits slot into evenings and weekends, and supervisors check the results during regular quality inspections so the brightening holds from visit to visit.

A few useful answers
It is a low-moisture interim method. A rotary machine spins an absorbent pad, called a bonnet, over carpet that has been lightly misted with cleaning solution. The pad absorbs surface soil, which brightens the carpet quickly with a fast dry.
Bonnet cleaning keeps carpet looking good between deep cleans, and it works on the surface. Pair it with periodic hot water extraction so soil at the base of the pile is flushed out too. A maintenance program sets both on the right schedule.
Low, dense commercial carpet and loop pile, the kind found in most lobbies, corridors and offices. Thick cut pile and delicate wool blends get encapsulation or extraction instead, which treat the fiber more gently.
High-traffic lobbies look their best with weekly or every-other-week passes, and quieter areas monthly. We set the rhythm during your free walkthrough from foot traffic, weather and how the lobby looks by the end of a busy week.
